• We require a minimum of 24 hours advance cancellation notice. Any client giving less will be charged the full fee of the service reserved.
  
  
• We do not wax anyone on Accutane, Retin-A, or other medications/products that exfoliate or thin the skin. We do not wax anyone undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments.
  
  
• We will not treat clients with questionable medical conditions such as open wounds or sores, healing incisions, infectious diseases, etc.
  
  
• The services here are not substitute for medical care an any information provided by the aesthetician is for educational purposes only.
  
  
• All information received by the client on their chart is completely private and confidential.
  
  
• All internet sales are final.

Booking Appointments Make the most of your time with us. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. Please note: Late arrivals will reduce the length of your treatment. Your service will end at the scheduled time so that the next client can be taken on time. You will still be charged the full amount for your service even if it is reduced under this circumstance. When making an appointment, please make sure that you are calling the correct location. For Round Rock call 512-246-9700, for Austin call 512-452-3500, or for Steiner Ranch call 512-266-9060. A credit card is necessary to reserve all spa appointments. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. To ensure you get an appointment when you want and with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please let us know.

Cancellations To avoid being charged for your appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hours Notice for any single service and 48-hour notice is required for group booking. A full service will be charged on any short notice cancellations or no-show appointments.

Gift Certificate Policy Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded for cash. Certificates are, however, redeemable for services, spa products, or can be used toward purchasing gift certificates for another individual.

Gratuities All prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included unless noted. Gift certificates for package days do not include gratuities.

For your comfort We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contraindicated. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. However, if you bring them to the Salon, please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. We all have children and we love them, but in order to keep a relaxing, quiet atmosphere, please leave them at home with your family, unless they are having services with us.

Amenities (pool, steam room, etc.) available at the Round Rock and Steiner Ranch locatins are complimentary only if you are receiving services on the day of your visit. The price of your services are not affected by your use or non-use of these amenities. If you are not receiving services, you may still enjoy these amenities for a ten dollar fee.
